Put the mango, yoghurt, milk, honey (or sugar), ground cardamom and cinnamon (if you are using) in the food processor and blend until smooth.
1 cup frozen mango, 1 cup plain yoghurt, ½ cup milk, 4 tsp honey, ¼ tsp cardamon, dash cinnamon
Serve immediately for a refreshing treat!
Notes
Use frozen mangoes to get a chilled drink as soon as you’ve blended the ingredients
If you are using ripe mangoes and they are at room temperature, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender with all of your ingredients to get a nice cold drink
