About TiPanda

Hey guys, my name is TiPanda. I’m a food lover born in Australia to a Chinese Vietnamese mother and a Mauritian father. And, you’ve guessed it, I have been spoilt with the best of all three cultures.

My inspiration for creating TiPanda Cooks is to share with you the culture I’ve inherited from my parents and grandparents. So, on my website, you will find traditional Chinese, Indian, Mauritian & Vietnamese cuisine. And I will teach you all about the unique ingredients we used at home as I was growing up.

In Creole, the widely spoken language of Mauritius, my name means “Little Panda”. So, it seemed to be the perfect name to bring together my Chinese and Mauritian heritage.
