- 2 tbsp mint leaves only
- ¼ tsp ginger grated
- ¼ tsp garlic minced
- 1 brown onion medium, diced
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- ¼ tsp clove powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp shallot diced

Notes
